Product and Account Information

Our exciting stories are revealed over 12 personalized letters mailed twice per month, guaranteeing to engage your kid in a world of adventure and learning.

You will also have access to the SuperKid Library to reinforce important concepts learned in each letter while keeping it exciting and fun for the kids. There are three categories of supplementary materials (activity sheets):

 CREATE: Refer to arts and crafts ideas, building projects and other hands-on activities.

 DISCUSS: Engage your kid with conversational questions designed to let the kids share, feel, and think.

 SOLVE: Who doesn’t love fun puzzles and problem-solving games?

You will receive a personalized letter containing 5 pages of a progressive storyline and colorful illustrations twice every month for 6 months.

Each letter costs about as much as a Sandwich. Sure, it’s tasty and I would love one right now, but it’s gone in 3 minutes. A SuperKid subscription is a pack of educational value. We’ve crafted the stories for kids under 7 years of age. We cover an array of different topics so it’s likely that some themes may be easier than others depending on your child’s development and interest. Some of the best results include an older child reading to his / her younger sibling or cousin.

Our letters are intended to be a starting point for a fun and interesting conversation with the kids and their parents or other family members. Younger children will need the stories read to them. Older kids or children with more advanced reading skills may be able to read it themselves with minimal support.

In every story we write, we incorporate different learning concepts like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), financial literacy, self-expression, mental health (EQ), awareness of environmental issues, and strong value systems.

Currently, our website, letters, and all included materials are only available in English. In the near future, we will be adding Spanish to our available languages. If you have any suggestions for other languages we would love to hear from you here.

You can access the SuperKid Library under the Mission Control tab in your Account Portal once you’re logged in.

We recommend that you pause the letters just prior to moving and then reinitiate the subscription after you’ve settled in. Moving is a very stressful time and it’s difficult to time the post perfectly. Please note that you must pause or change the address prior to the mailing cut-off date if you want the updates to take effect for the following week’s mailout.

Ordering and Delivery Information

We accept all major credit cards used on Earth. If for whatever reason these options don’t work for you, please contact us here and will do our best to accommodate you.

We offer free shipping to most countries around the world that can be reached by the US Postal Service or Canada Post. A full list can be found here.

We process and mail letters during the 1st and 3rd weeks of every month. We will post on our social media accounts (FacebookInstagram) to announce that we’ve sent the letters. We suggest that you sign up for our social media so you’re notified but also to support our small business!

Our batch cut-off day is on every Friday of the 2nd and 4th week of the month. We start everyone on the first letter so you don’t miss out!

Your order will be queued for mailing on the proceeding batch unless you would prefer it to be delayed to a future mailing date. Once your letter is processed for mailing, it will take approximately 1-2 weeks within the USA and 3-5 weeks internationally to begin receiving your regular letters.  Initial deliveries are taking longer in the post due to COVID related delays. Once you receive your first letter you should receive the following letters approximately 2 weeks apart.

Contact us here if you would like your subscription to begin on a future date. 

We send our mail via USPS or Canada Post every 1st and 3rd week of the month. The delivery timeframe for the US and Canada is 4-7 working days. Mail times outside the US vary considerably and may take up to 3-5 weeks. 

Once you receive your initial letter you should receive the following letters approximately 2 weeks apart.

Sometimes letters get delayed because of COVID and unfortunately some vanish into thin air. 

If you haven’t received your initial letter after 4 weeks within Canada and USA and 6 weeks Internationally. For subsequent letters please wait 3 weeks for destinations in the USA and 4 weeks for international destinations before notifying us. Please let us know here and we’ll send you a replacement right away and email you a digital version just in case, free of charge.

Sometimes mail will be unable to be delivered due lockdowns and post offices being closed. The best resource we’ve found for up to date information can be found here.

We do our best to work through the unique situations as they arise. Please contact us here if you are aware of any potential disruptions occurring that may prevent letters arriving at your address.

This would certainly be very helpful particularly when dealing with lost mail. Unfortunately it’s not something we can do if we want to keep our product affordable (and our lights on). To keep the price of our subscriptions low, we use standard untracked mail. 

We post on our social media accounts when we send letter batches to the post so you’ll know it’s coming your way and depending where you live roughly how long it will take. Should your envelope be lost in transit we will do our best to get a replacement sent right away, free of charge.

Yes! That’s a great idea. We see a lot of Grandparents, Uncles and Aunts buying these as gifts for a fun way to be involved in their little relative’s life.

Purchase a gift card here and you can choose to send a digital gift code to the recipient through email or you can send the gift code email to yourself so you can print and gift it in person.

Either way, it will be a recurring gift – the child will think of you every 2 weeks, when their letter arrives! How’s that for bonding in times of social distancing?
